SHADUR, Senior District Judge. E.G. Thompson ("E.G.") and his wife Betty ("Betty"), collectively "Thompsons," sued State Farm Fire & Casualty Company
("State Farm") to collect the proceeds of an insurance policy ("Policy") covering a building that had been destroyed by fire
and to collect other damages stemming from State Farm's conduct in handling Thompsons' claim. At the Conclusion of the jury
trial a verdict was returned in State Farm's favor. Thompsons appeal on several grounds, all of which we conclude are without
merit.
